Die Linie Legno Venezia ist von den Pfahlbündeln inspiriert, den weltberühmten Stützen, die seit mehreren Jahrhunderten die Schifffahrt auf den venezianischen Kanälen begrenzen. Die alten, aufgrund der Einwirkung von Salzwasser zu ersetzenden Pfähle werden von den venezianischen Handwerkern zu neuem Leben erweckt und als Einrichtungsgegenstände benutzt.

Laminam hat sich von dieser jahrhundertealten Tradition inspirieren lassen und eine Oberfläche geschaffen, die in der Lage ist, die Essenz der Pfähle auf Keramik mit Holzmaserungen in den Farbtönen Corda, Sabbia, Fumo (Seil, Sand, Rauch) nachzubilden. Ein Prozess, an dessen Basis immer eine genaue Analyse des Materials steht, das reproduziert werden soll.

Die weiche und warme Farbgebung von Legno Venezia und seine Verarbeitung machen diese Linie besonders geeignet für die Inneneinrichtung, wo die Ästhetik eines antiken Materials mit einer glorreichen Geschichte mit der Zweckmäßigkeit und Funktionalität der Keramik kombiniert werden soll.

The Legno Venezia line is inspired by Briccole, those stakes famous across the globe, which have guided vessels along the Venetian canals for centuries. When they are replaced due to wear caused by the effect of brackish water, the craftsmen of the Republic of Venice give them a new lease of life, turning them into items of interior décor.

Laminam was inspired by this hundred-year tradition and created a surface capable of replicating the essence of briccole on ceramic and the wooden vein patterns in three colours: corda (rope), sabbia (sand) and fumo (smoke). Behind this process lies a careful analysis of the material being replicated.

The soft, warm hues of Legno Venezia and its finish make this line especially suited to interior décor, where the styling appeal of an ancient material can be combined with the glorious past and the practicality and functionality of ceramic.

La linea Legno Venezia è ispirata alle briccole, i sostegni famosi in tutto il mondo, che da diversi secoli delimitano la navigazione dei canali veneziani. Quando vengono sostituiti a causa dell’usura causata dall’azione dell’acqua salmastra, gli artigiani della Serenissima, danno loro una nuova vita, trasformandoli in complementi di arredo.

Laminam si è lasciata ispirare da questa tradizione centenaria e ha creato una superficie in grado di riprodurre l’essenza delle briccole sulla ceramica e le venature lignee declinate in tre tonalità, corda, sabbia, fumo. Un processo alla base del quale c’è sempre l’accurata analisi del materiale che si vuole andare a riprodurre.
